SpringerLass
I was just wondering if anyone knows of any agility groups in central vic that train during the week. I currently train with the local obedience club so my Sundays are already full. Are there any private agilty trainers in central Vic. Any help would be greatly apreciated. I train at Agility Dog Club Vic. at Altona North on Friday nights and we have members who come from Kyneton, Gisborne and even Echuca. (We are not taking any more new members at the moment tho' due to class sizes) I believe the club at Bendigo trains agility but not sure if it is on Saturday or Sunday. (sure someone on here will know) There is also Mitchell agility club at Broadford, they train on Saturdays. Probably contacting Bendigo or Ballarat clubs and asking would be your best bet. dogdude
There is a dog obedience club based in Kyneton, but I don't know if they have agility equipment. Bendigo or Ballarat have eqipment but you will really have to travel to learn at a specialist club because there are not many even in Melbourne. My advice is to get as much out of good reading and the net as you can. There are many top agility trainers right here on DOL too!
Silvawilow
Has Kyneton started agility yet? We train at Shepparton on Sunday's (both agility & obedience) and we had a lady from Kyneton club come over and have a look at our equipment, facilities, etc towards the end last year because they were going to start agility over there. Bendigo does agility training but not sure which day? Maybe their website will have their training details? Mitchell Agility now train on a Sunday. I think Echuca train on a Sunday and they also do some agility training.
