Kirislin
OK, so I've got my new camera and I am slowly working through the instruction manual. Probably gonna take me a while and I suspect I will be asking lots of questions here about it. Here's the first. There is a dial, just behind the shutter button called the Main Dial, but what does it do??? On the nomenclature page it says what it is and to refer to page 4, so I referred to page 4 and all is says is it's the main dial. Checked the index, no mention of it. What the hell's it do??? Legacee
The dial is for adjustment. Go to page 67 in manual for example and it will explain using the dial to set a slower shutter speed or increase the ISO speed. Hope this helps
Kirislin
I knew I'd get the right answer here, thanks! Looks like something I wont be ready to use for a while anyway Edited March 21, 2008 by Kirislin
