poodlefan Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 I really like the I-click style ones with optional wrist band. Best tip I learned was to keep the treats in the same hand as the clicker. It is for show training for 2 of my Elkies so the I-click will come in handy as it is quieter as well. I want to start training our new puppy when it arrives with a clicker as soon as possible. It has four different sound levels that is great for working with 2 dogs, I keep it soft for Delta and loud for Charlie. That way they know which one is being clicked. It also has a button like the i-click which makes it easier to press. Otherwise I just use the standard blackdog ones. Cheap and easy to replace as I seem to lose them on a weekly basis. I plan to buy 2-3 more clickers to remove any excuse not to use it. In 3 weeks I have clicker trained a dog that hated obedience training up to the point where she is ready for CCD and loving it.
