Miranda
Can I use Advantage for dogs over 25kg on a small dog under 10kg if I use less of it? A pensioner down the road has a foxie x with a flea problem, but can't afford to buy Advantage so I thought I could give her a vial of mine, but of course it's for large dogs. Miranda
Oh Krash I couldn't ask you to do that, but I'm happy to swap for a vial of large dog that you could use on a larger foster

PAX
Hi Miranda, I buy the large Advantix for my Dobe and I put half a tube on my BC and half on the Koolie, it is in a 4ml tube so I just measure out 2 ml in a syringe.
puggy_puggy
I buy the 10kg to 20kg Revolution and divide it up between my two pugs. With the boy getting a bit more then the girl. I have my doubts that only one dose of Advatix is going to get rid of the flea problem but I suppose it is a start.
BC
Yes, I have done it before. I just divide up the dosage as PAX does
slave2dogs
I use the large dog Advantage and divide it up, it does my 4 dogs with some left over for the smaller dog next month. It's all the same ingredients, just in different sized vials.
Miranda
Thanks for the info everyone, much appreciated This poor lady has been combing out the fleas and trying to drown them in a bucket of water
SpikesPuppy
We buy the largest size, use 2 for the Newf and split one between the 3 littlies Have never had a problem with it. I'm not sure if we end up saving any money LOL but it's much more convenient than having several boxes of the stuff!
KitKat
Yup...it's the same solution in each size of the vials...just different ml's in each one - same can be done for cats
