Is anyone else camping?

2Tollers, I was about 50m from you, down by the fence next to the big red trailer. I had the kelpie and the big red boofer. I think I spoke to you??

Yarrowfell, I saw one pug so must have seen you.

Yep would have been me. Only Pug there LOL. Unfortunately we got Black carded for running into the other lane. I have no idea why she did as she never has at training. Going to training tonight so will see how she is, then off to the Milton Demo this weekend.

On a bettter note when she did run we got 2 points :mad . Only 3 more for our first title LOL

Well done to everyone who competed at the Nationals. We had a great time. Very full on and very tiring but enjoyable.

Our team didn't do too well. We lost our little height dog Stuart Little 2nd race in on the first day (he got spooked by the big rides) and then had to jump at 11 inch with our next height dog Molly. Well what can I say about Molly. She was our little super star. :mad

Shoemonster, you should be so pleased with your little girl. She was thrown in at last minute and it was her first real comp and she ran her little heart out. Big cuddles for Molly!!

My boy Flash didn't put a paw wrong. Infact he got faster on the 2nd day. He is my super star. He is 6 years old now and I will be devastated when it comes time to retire him as he loves flyball soooooo much. :)

Well done to everyone once again and especially to our other Berwick team who came first in Div 5. YAY!!!! :hitself:

Thankyou! I am very proud of her, it was a big full on weekend, but hey we survived

Found out this arvo she got her FDX while we were there too!!! Woohoo!!!! Well done Molly Moo!

Well done to everyone really, our team for keeping on going without Stuart and having to learn very quickly how Molly works lol, and the other team for winning their division!

"Fanatic Flyballers" have won 1st place in Division 3!

It's a team from my flyball club and Reddii's dog Xena was in this team

Hey Shoe monster - I just want to reiterate what bordersrule said.

Miss Molly really stepped up to the plate and did an awesome job over the weekend when the team lost Stuart Little. She certainly deserves her title and I can't wait until her next comp to see what she pulls out! Commiserations to the Div 3 team, but at least you guys remained competitive and gave the other teams something to at least think about. :mad Look out Sydney 2009!

Nearly time to get Eddie boy into it as well.

Also congrats to all the members of the Div 5 Berwick team. It takes at least 5-6 handlers to run 5-6 great dogs. Without the effort of all involved first place could not have been achieved!

Also well done to all the Victorian teams who travelled to the comp. Everyone did a great job and I think we did our State proud!

I saw the big red boofer and the kelpie. Were you with St George? I said hello to heaps of people but the weekend was so busy it's all a bit of a blur. Everyone else from my team were in cabins at the other end of the park so I wasn't at the tent much.

I had a great weekend. I managed to catch up with a few people I haven't seen for a while and met some new ones. Our team ran faultlessly on the first day. On the second day one of our dogs was spooked by something, Todd decided that the agility looked like fun (I think he though it was lure coursing when he saw the dogs tearing around), brought the ball back and then buggered off out the back of the ring to the agility. Luckily I caught him when he stopped to snack on something on the ground. :)

After that his mind wasn't on the job and he slowed down. On our second last run of day 2 he decided he'd had enough and ran up to the box, caught the ball, spat it out and went to leave the back of the ring. That was his last run for the day.

Molly was fantastic and kept running as the teams height dog after Stewart got a fright.

Our team won division 6 and came home with a whopping big trophy for the club rooms and huge grins. We also won "The Malcolm Stewart Award" which is given to the most consistent club at the comp.

I'll post a couple of pics in the photo section but unfortunately I was lazy with the camera and don't have many.

I didn't think you got black carded for that - i thought it was just a yellow card.

You dont, unless there was aggression involved or something else did by the dog or handler that warranted it.

 WOO HOO.......Back today.

What a buzz the nationals were. Sooooooooo happy all our hard work paid off and we won division 3. Only 10 weeks ago my girl was cowering in a corner and wouldn't work. she ran faultlessly over 2 days and the other dogs only made 3 mistakes across the weekend!!!!

Congrats to all who did well.

BTW - I saw the pug cross into the other lane, it wasn't 'aggressive' as such, but it did chase the other dog which I think has been deemed suspected aggression or something under the new 'rules'.

Reddi you've had a bit of a holiday. :mad It sounds as though you've done a great job with your dog. :cheer:

Congratulations on your win. Doesn't it feel great to go home a winner. :)

Hey Yarrowfell, who got the black card, you or your dog?
