Guest Tess32
Hmm I knew I'd read a link somewhere... http://home.att.net/~wdcusick/013.html ETA - I have zero idea how right this is etc, it's just something someone posted recently on another forum. I don't supplement so didn't look into it. Edited January 31, 2008 by Tess32
poodlefan
That, and I simply can't stand the stinky breath that goes along with dogs who never get RMBs FHRPs Flynn and my Lily have stinky breath and they get RMBs I think I should hire Lil out for counter terrorism/hostage situations. Send her in, let her lick someone and they'll be out of there!!
Guest Piximatosis
Thanks Tess - I just skimmed it though and it seems to be referring to using it long-term, not short-term as I will be ETA PF my mum's Mini Schnauzer is like that it's terrible! WreckitWhippet
Is she cutting her canines at the moment ? I have found that east/west feet and also being down in pastern go hand in hand with teething. I believe it to be a natural process, along with the ears dropping while they teeth too. I have both treated and not treated puppies with vit c and have found that their front begin to straigthen and correct themselves as they finish teething. I am wondering if we feed our dogs a balanced diet during teething and not feed them any C, if they don;t come together anyway.
Guest Piximatosis
Um, not canines, but she's certainly missing a lot of other teeth... that could well be it.
Cavandra
For all joint issues Ester C will help. Plain Vitamin C can not be given in any substantial dose without causing health problems like upset stomachs. Ester C is already in a form that is highly digestable to a dog & delivers much larger doses without causing stomach problems. Ester C will be absorbed far better than Vit C.
