jesomil
I get the impression that she is having little digs at caesar milan! I was getting that feeling also. Its amazing how she is one minute singing the praises of Cesar and then suddenly Cesar is no longer the flavour of the month. This trainer is painful to watch. As always, her methods will work wonderfully with some dogs but definately not all. She even held up a prong collar and all the audience went Ooohhhh and she said it was like something out of the spanish inquisition. Too touchy feely and playing on peoples emotions for my liking. Yeah i agree, that kind of ''training'' with my red heeler just wouldn''t work. She is quite stubborn and needs the caesar type of training. However, each to their own and whatever works really!! Her use of the prong collar as a prop designed to shock the audience did the trick for her didnt it? Wonder what she will use next???
BrunoBella
And she has developed a new, innovative training program which is exactly the same as I learned in puppy school . All those other trainers must have stolen her program.
MarkS
Well she is very attractive..so she'll definately get many male owners training with her!! So I am sure Hollywood love her!! Isn't it ashame that looks come before ability or knowledge How many websites do you go to that state "New and inovative training methods", or "never before seen training methods"! Makes me laugh so much!! Seems they all forget, they are ALL just variations on already established training methods used for years. But the emotive advertising usually works! Or recognised as the BEST dog trainer.. Who recognised this, and how did they come to this conclusion?
Silvawilow
at work so can't get to the tv however a loving family member who knows I'm dog crazy brought me a book by her for Christmas. It is utter crap, full of her yanking her own crank and a waste of $36. Just full of her retelling story's about client's and their dogs i.e. "spotty was aggressive and his owner at wits end but once they came to me all problems solved". indi_dog
Didn't think much of it - and yes I was surprised at her sudden shift away from Caeser! Her training methods would definitely not work with Indi - Indi would just laugh at her And - could that Chihuahua owner be any more ORANGE???? Erny
Thanks WP. But I particularly want the bit about her presentation to the public of the "Pressure Point Collar" (PPC) (aka pinch or prong collar).
