Settrlvr, Kasper is a sheltie and really feeling the heat at the moment and a friend suggested that a friend of hers with a coolie used to have him stripped in summer and it made a difference. Brushing your sheltie means you are stripping out the dog coat & the dead coat is what matts up & builds up. You can use a coat king but a good comb & brush will maintain an excellent shletie coat with no crap coat there Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
