2psinapod
I received an email this evening informing me that the most gorgeous Boxer boy that I had a temp home here before he was lovingly adopted by his new family, was PTS on Wednesday night. Some really sad news.Conner, out beautiful big boxer boy had to be put down on Wednesday. He’d developed a slight shaking of his head over the last 4 weeks which was getting progressively worse and which the vet decided was most likely a developing tumour. I came home Wed evening and found him distressed and with an exaggerated flicking of his head and then a minor fitting episode Took him straight down to our vet where he had a very severe fitting which appeared to leave him blind or close to. After some blood tests etc to determine that he had not been poisoned or bitten by something, and with the prospect of him suffering further, we made the dreadful decision to put him down. We had a wonderful 8 months of what turned out to be his precious time. Thanks again for the opportunity. He was truely, the most sweetest boy you could ever hope to meet My Pablo, as did my husband, both pined for him when he left for his new home, he really was so special. Goodbye beautiful one, run free with no pain

baifra
Oh how sad, our last foster dog was hard to say goodbye to, my heart goes out to you and his adoptive family. What a distressing thing to have to see. May the big beautiful boy rest in peace.
carlibud
Oh no 2ps, I hadn't been in for a couple of days, at least he was loved in his final days, hadnt they lost their other dog not long before they got Conner, poor baby, poor owners. RIP Conner
