fifi
I'd pop him off to the vet for possibly an injection of antihistamine. other than that, I've given Telfast 180 for a minor sting. fifi
~Anne~
Maybe a dumb question but can I ask why you gave him a cough supressant? If anything he would need an antihistamine. Does Bendaryl now contain an antihistamine?? Truthfully, looking at that swelling I would have him to the Vet now.
Janba
He needs to go to the vet before his breathing gets affected. When it does it could mean the throat is swelling shut.

Vet asap IMO.
peibe
That sort of swelling on a Pei is quite normal if they are allergic to bees Remember they have a normally swollen face to begin with and it is the eye region only that is affected, his mouth normally looks like that 4mg tablet of Polarimine per 20kg of doggy Ice pack on his face too to help the swelling Watch him carefully if he has trouble breathing straight to the vet If he was mine and had that allergic reaction I would take him to the vet straight away I keep an EPI pen in the fridge for Jewel in case she gets stung, last time I almost lost her
Cavandra
I have always given Phernergen for bee stings, not only does it reduce the inflamation but it also makes them drowsy, so relieves the distress & discomfort abit .
