Maggie-mae
Yesterday I had to help my old man Murphy to cross the bridge He was 14yrs 7mths & 5days old & the father & grandfather of many of the Mountainmist Kelpies. He was our first BIS winner who we bought for our daughter's 10th birthday at 18mths of age. I went & picked him up, tied a tartan ribbon around his neck (he looked just like a brown teddy bear) & left him in the old Toyota with the shopping, asked her to please get the shopping out of the truck, oh, the look on her face was priceless when she came back down to the house asking "who's dog is that in the truck?" He leaves me with SO MANY memories some wonderful :D some not so but he certainly was a character. Good-bye my old mate I'll miss you heaps, as will all your furry family, don't foget to say hi to Midi, Tiggi,Tasha & Magic from all of us. Love you.
