moggy
At what age does a pup start losing baby teeth and get their adult teeth? My Chi is just over 4 months old and is chewing everything. Sticks, stones, slippers, toys anything. She has a chicken neck for breakfast and just loves chomping on it. Goes in no time. Would appreciate information. Miranda
At exactly the age your puppy is now, about 4 months of age
GoldD
My golden is not loosing his front baby teeth yet but he has lots of new back teeth bursting through. The front gums are red and a little swollen so I am guessing not long to go for them. He is 12 weeks (3months) old. My GSD lost her baby teeth at 6months so I am also guessing you are right on track!! Plenty of bones - cool from the fridge were helpful and cuts down on the chewing. First Time Puppy Owner
Frozen chicken necks, forzen carrots, frozen bottle of coke - with the label removed, the lip cut off and top removed prior to give them one with diluted chicken or beef stock is also great - and all help in keeping puppy cool in summer months too! jaegertheweim
My weimaraner is 4.5 months and started losing his baby teeth at 4 months. All his front teeth have now been replaced with adult teeth (which are much less sharp than his baby ones- thank god!) and his back teeth are just starting to come through before and after pics: (don't fret, he's upside down in the second pic )
