schnauzer_luv
Over the last10 days pups breath has been quite pongy. The only things that have changed are: A switch of kibble from euk to RC Addition of chicken wings to his diet He is teething.... I have heard RC smells good on the breath and bones are supposed to help too...so the only thing I can think of is that pups gums are probably a bit smelly while he is losing his teeth?? I cant think of much else to help the breath...I cleaned his teeth on Sunday but they were smelly again 3 hours later (sigh)...do you think it will just subside when he gets his big shiny dog toothies? He has always had such lovely breath before now
t-time
Yes teething can make for smelly breath. But so can change of diet. The RC may not agree with your pup? I very much doubt that the chicken would do it and the bones will be good for something to chew on a soothe those lil' toofy pegs
KitKat
Yup...teething can make their breath yucky for while, also he'd be loosing his puppy breath as well from memory!
persephone
switching from puppy breath to DOG breath hopefully that's all...
jaegertheweim
so that explains why Jaeger's breath smells a bit 'off'
