Flashsmum
Just an update on Flash. She had her first post operation test yesterday, and all is well. No sign of cancer!!!! YAY!!! Also, DH asked if we could get a prescription for Flash's Feldene, as it's an ongoing thing, and he said "yes". So, instead of paying $40.00 for 50 capsules, he got it from a chemist for $13.65. I would not have thought of even asking, but good on him! Even if we'd had to pay the vet's price, it wouldn't have mattered, but I'm stoked that we can save so much every 25 days. Wish we'd thought of it when Mum's dog was on epilepsy medication. Apparently it was the same one that is used on humans. Live and learn! Hoping that she now stays well for a long time to come. pomquest
Great news that Flash is doing so well. Have you ever researched Vitamin C therapy? It may be worth a thought as some believe it works miracles. Hope she lives a long and happy life with you.

Jaana Excellent news about Flash. We get all of Ollies drugs and herbs from the chemist and hebalists now - much cheaper than getting it from the animal doctors. The reason it is cheaper is that chemist etc buy there goods in much larger quantities than vets can so they don't have to charge as much.
