Neither of those is what I would consider feeding a dog 'well' and no wonder he has anal gland problems! His poo will not be firm enough to clear the anal glands on the way out. She needs to look at putting him on a super premium dry food- Royal Canin, Eagle Pack- even Eukanuba or Hills would be better than what he is getting now! Mel.
