What Do You Feed Your Youngsters (8 Weeks +)

Hi all,

For all the kibble feeders out there, how many of you feed adult kibble to pups? I know there are mixed feelings about this topic, but I was interested to see what everyone feeds their growing pups and why?. I know many who swear by adult food and many who swear by puppy food, then there are brands like Eagle Pack and Natural Balance who dont make puppy specific food because it is organic.

I have a bag of Eagle Pack puppy in my kitchen ?!?!??!

I feed Pedigree Advance Puppy Rehydratable to my babies, and then gradually wean them onto adult food from about 12-14 weeks.

I feed Bonnie puppy.

I also feed raw all through the week.

Yep - I have three and a half bags of eagle pack puppy in my laundry....

It was on a really good special!

Since we picked her up at 8 weeks, i've had my 4 month old standard puppy on Proplan Performance ("For Hardworking and Highly Active Dogs of All Life Stages"). So it can be classified as adult. She will stay on that food unless she gets too fat from it , then I might change it. I have my 2yo standard on the same food.

To clarify about the Eagle Pack I meant to say that a lot of their formulas suit both adults and puppies in the same boat
