Gomez the Norfolk
As a follow up to this thread: puking frothy bile Gomez puked up this little barbed beauty along with some frothy bile this morning.... a) Is this a grass seed? b) Could this have been causing all his tummy problems in the past week? c) Looks painful and irritating, no? d) Could there may be more in there? e) Do I need to go back to the vet? So many questions, this never happened before...
Flaves
Poor Love having that in his tummy. It certainly looks like it could have been causing irritation.
Silverblue
No it is not a grass seed, not sure what it is. Do you have any plants in your yard that look anything like this, he obviously has eaten something he shouldn't have.
Gomez the Norfolk
We don't have a yard or a garden, I'll have to go look in the park downstairs if there is anything like it... Looks so painful....

wagsalot
Yikes, I certainly wouldn't want that in my stomach. Poor Gomez. Least it's out now though. I have no idea what is though

If he is looking to eat grass..maybe plant up a pot of pet/cat grass for him? Yes, he IS a silly pup... he loves to scavenge, as if the street were his own personal buffet... most of the time I catch him and he won't pick up stuff, but when he's off leash and playing.... He doesn't tend to eat grass, normally, maybe it's not gross or dangerous enough!
