Eldoop
This is a toilet vent with Cody, when I take him out to the toilet I always take him to the same spot, and when he is outside haveing play time I often see him going over to the toilet spot to go so I thought wow he is learning where to go, but now that he is almost 14 weeks old (on sunday) its like he is rebelling as last night and again thismorning when I took him out for toilet the same as I've done since day one, he looks at me and runs off, but if I know he hasn't been for awhile I take him back to the spot and he normally goes, then its 'good boy' and I carry on making a big fuss and we go back inside, but last night after I took him back to the spot and waited he again took off (this was the 3rd time I took him back) he did his poop in the middle of the yard, no where near his toilet area then again thismorning I put him out in the toilet area and he did a wee, then ran over to the driveway and did his poop he has not done this before and now twice, and he was right there, normally in the mornings he has his wee and then his poop all around his toilet area, so is he going throught the terrible two's in doggy years or something???, thismorning I picked him up and took him back to his toilet spot as soon as I saw him start to go, so he finished it where he should have, and I clean the yard daily, so any advice as I dont want him going all over the yard and until last night he has been great

If it's been raining, our dog, will poo on the concrete instead of the grass, because she doesn't like her paws getting wet in the grass.

So true - Louie pooped next to my bins, on my pavers the other day - it was cold and wet on the grass and he is a sook, he also peed there too! grrrr so I had to bucket water and wash them down, disgusting puppy! schnauzer_luv
Maz did something quite similar at 14 weeks...its a boundary pushing time...tighten up on training and be really strict with all your rules...they get over it in a week or two, until next time
