Poodle X Coat Stain

Toby just came in from having a romp outside. I called him to me and he now has puprle streaks on his head! Lol and his pads are purple and he has a few spots on his back that are also purple. He has rolled in the Mulberries off my big old tree out back :rolleyes:

He is normally a very pretty apricot colour.

Is he going to stay purple? Is there a way for me to wash it out?

The flash makes the purple look lighter than it actually does in person.

I have no advice, but I just wanted to say that first photo is soooo cute! It's got a real "I didn't do it" look about it.

Ahh mulberry season. The way I find out the mulberries are ripe is that my white standard comes inside with mulberry juice all over his face and neck. A fun discovery the first time with him in puppy show coat.

Normal shampoos get most out, especially after the second wash. Dazzle Dog (a whitening shampoo) gets it all out in one go, but can make the coat a bit dry. You may want to put a bit of conditioner through after using Dazzle Dog.

Haha yeah i know thats what i said to my mum it looks like it was done on purpose lol.

I am glad it will wash out, i thought for sure it would stain.

wagsalot Toby looks like that all the time! lol He has this funny look in his eyes and he allways looks you right in the eye. It's almost spooky. I never have any trouble getting a picture of him, he allways stands still for pictures and waits (for pats or food or attention of any sort lol).
