Guest Tiggy
Can you use baby wipes to wipe a dogs face or should you get the proper dog wipes.
Golden Rules
I don't waste my money on either, I use a packet of chux clothes, cut into halves or quarters and wet them to clean the dogs faces and expecially their ears. Look at what is in the wipes - human ones often have chemicals which may irritate a dog for whatever reason.
Kingsleychi
I used to buy the made for use cloths but after realising how much money is spent on them i started to do the same as D+D............... I cut up lots of chux clothes and soak them in water with a little bitty bit of dog shampoo then squeeze the excess water out and put in a tupperware container.......works the same and alot cheaper
dogcop
Why not if you don't mind paying. Huggies babywipes all the time. Mainly because I'm time poor and lazy, okay just lazy. chris

Poodle wrangler
Having used baby wipes on my face before, I'd rather not use it on the dogs. They're not as gentle as you'd think.
snarferama
Yep we use baby wipes (only for shows though). We get ones which have no alcohol, scent etc. Can't remember the brand though?
WreckitWhippet
You need to find a scent and alcohol free wipe.
fbc
i also use the wipes, only for small things, obviously you arn't substituting them for a wash aid. friends of mine have newfoundlands and they opt for "goober rags" giant bibs as a way of cleaning excessive drool from their dogs.
