benny123
I've just made some liver treats for the dogs (13 months old). I sliced and poached the liver before dicing and putting in a slow oven to dry out. Question: Can I use some of the poaching liquid on their kibble or is it too rich? SoL
Go ahead and use it - they'll love it!
Kingsleychi
Am i right is saying (sorry hijacking) that to much is not good for the dogs? I know they say a couple of drops to revive a fading puppy but wouldnt that be way to much iron if you poured it on kibble?
benny123
I was a bit torn with the different replies. So I only put about a dessert spoon on each bowl (the dogs are 46ks and 42 kgs). Thought about having a swig myself instead of iron tablets

Aequus
My guys love the juice on their kibble - Its a treat thing and they never have had a runny tum or any other bad effect - though wet liver kisses are a bit much....
MonElite
I use it all the time in my dgos food, not over kibble as I dont feed comercial food, but over their veg and mice mix. They love it, never had a problem with loose stools after it.

I feed a raw diet and my guys frequently get a meal of raw liver so I would say that the liquid it is cooked in should be fine.
rose of tralee
It would be fine; if for any reason you don't feed it, your plants would love it!!
