ness
AWCA (agility dog club of WA) which train at the canine grounds on a Tuesday night is quite a large club and have great beginner classes run by some very knowledgable instructors . ETA. There website can be found here: http://www.istnet.net.au/~borderaussie/ Edited October 16, 2007 by ness
Ptolomy
Southern River do agility training at K9 on a Thursday evening - I think beginners start about 5.30ish. There is also a club at Northern Suburbs. Best best is to ring the K9 office and get the info and contact numbers from them
StaceyB
Hi Ness, I'm actually heading over to the K9 grounds this evening to check out their training session and meet some of the trainers. Ptolomy, I've been on the website and am planning to have a look at the Southern River club. I'm also think about having a look at the Rockingham club. I'm SOR so the northern suburbs are a bit far for me to travel. Thanks guys.
Ptolomy
Have fun tonight Stacey - I will be dropping my baby toller down for training as I am lucky that somebody else is training her for me. I think Rockingham train midweek from memory - obedience training is Sunday morning.
pie
Hi Stacey - I'll be at Agility training tonight - feel free to come and say hi I'll be the girl in puppy class with the smallest dog on the ground ;) It would be GREAT for a DOLer to be in my class :D How old is gypsy now? I've been to the puppy agility classes for a few weeks now and i really recommend them - it's good fun, and good for the puppies to get used to other dogs. It's a highlight of my week (PS: are you coming to the meet this weekend )

It'll be a lot easier to get to training when I get my drivers licence! SoI cant always go as BF is busy sometimes with TAFE and work etc.
