Entering An Agility Trial Without Height Card

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hello fellow agility enthusiasts!

After doing a couple of NADAC agility trials I have decided it's time to take the plunge and have a go at a VCA trial. Most of the membership paperwork is finalised but I haven't got Abbie measured by 2 (?) judges yet. So my question is; can I enter an agility trial before I have the height card for her, so long as I have it before the trial?

Hope that makes sense.

Well i have been to 3 trials so far with both dogs and wasnt asked for a height card (and didnt have one either )

Is your dog right in the middle of her class in regards to height or is borderline? If borderline i would try and get a height card before hand so if someone questions it there is no question what height she should be at

The dogs should be measured, it will take a long time for the height card to arrive, I got 2 dogs done at the start of the year and still don't have the height cards.

If you phone the trial secretary and ask them if your dog can be measured at the trial is the best option.
