haven Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 Personally I think harnesses are better, especially for a green dog, however both the handler and the decoy need to be aware of the extra foot or so reach it will give the dog (if they're not they shouldn't be doing the work anyway)! I ended up buying mine from Canine Outfitters in the US and I found the quality to be outstanding. I got the 2" and I couldn't be more pleased with the feel and quality of the collar.
