Kowai Posted August 3, 2007 Share Posted August 3, 2007 Like topic says, I'm interested in finding a Dog Obedience club/group that is located near Murwillumbah in Northern NSW.. Or atleast withing half an hour/an hour of it. Murwillumbah is about half an hour south of the Queensland border, and about an hour/45 mins north of Byron Bay.. When I was living there I couldn't find a club, and so I had to wait until I moved down here to Melbourne to join one! I was wondering if anyone knew because now my Dad has a new dog he'd like to train, but he's absolutely clueless when it comes to training and I can't help him because I'm so far away now! There is a club at Tweed Heads called Qld Border Obedience Club if he still hasnt found anywhere, you could contact Anne & Tony Bulke as well as they are down that way & will know if there is anything closer (I doubt it, but you may as well check). Just checked the other list, and it seems there is a trainer who is training on a Saturday morning at the conference centre at Camp Tailwaggers/Coolangatta Pet Motel - in the hills behind Tweed Heads (at Carool). But as you said Ann will still be the one to contact. I got an email from her this afternoon, but she is leaving for the US tomorrow for 4 weeks.
