Teebs
how long does it take for everything to wear off? I am sick of sitting outside in the rain while he is spewing Last time he went under for something the same thing happened, WHY didnt i remember that and ask for a different drug? ;) He wants to go into his crate, but i dont want him in there, as i cant get him outside when he is sick - i dont have enough bedding to change the crate over 100 times :) Edited August 1, 2007 by Terrorbull
SwaY
How long did last time last? Each dog is different, even 1kg heavier and they would have had to have given him more. That may make it take a little longer? Poor At, hope he is better soon!

Purpley
Injectable aneasthetic always has more side effects than gas. I always ask for gas, I just don't like the way that they come out of the injectables. Hopefully the side effects will wear off soon for poor At. Poodle wrangler
Poor boy. Hope he feels better soon. Couldn't they give him an injection to help stop the nausea and vomiting? (oops, you're at home, now?). It will pass, just make sure he has some fresh water and that he can drink and keep some down. Leave off the food .. KJ
After alot of messing around with plastic bags I discovered the best thing for keeping bandaged feet dry is a used iv bag from the vets. Very easy to pull on and off and keeps everything nice and dry.
