Ms James
Does anyone know where I could take my Bella-buttons to flyball in the Western Suburbs (I'm in Werribee)? I've tried to google it to no avail. We don't want to do competitive flyball, just somewhere to go once a week for her to have a run around & have fun would be great Thanks!
Sayreovi
Closest would be Bellarine Dog Club (in Geelong) If you want to come into the city there is Keilor on the west side. Plenty of info on here http://www.flyball.org.au/

deltron
Does a dog have to be have attain a certain level of obedience training in order to learn how to compete in flyball? Do obedience clubs or flyball clubs run flyball training sessions or do you have to teach the dog yourself?
Sayreovi
Does a dog have to be have attain a certain level of obedience training in order to learn how to compete in flyball? Not really, though it would be alot easier if your dog has good off leash manners. Dog has to be 12 months old to start training, but basics can be taught while they are young. Do obedience clubs or flyball clubs run flyball training sessions or do you have to teach the dog yourself? Obedience clubs mainly run them. It isnt possible to teach your dog all the things required for flyball at home. Edited July 27, 2007 by tollersowned
