Thinking about getting back to training again since things are finally starting to settle down again around here. And my mad loopy Sabre-baby needs to get back into it as much as Bronx does :scared:

So just curious which DOL'ers i can keep an eye out for??

Hey Kit Kat,

Keep an eye out for us. CK is our 8 month old BC he's just moved into level 3 and Xena is our little girl (13 month BC) who has been banned (by me) for crying too much when OH was trying to work with her. Have to sort out which class she should be in now that she will be working with me. She is way better than CK, but I'm not sure I'm ready for any more! ;)

Cheers.

Although I have not been the last couple of weeks due to work commitments and having a friend's litter of puppies here...

I am there. In class 3 with my Tricolour Border and a black/white in class 4.. kind a bugger as they are both on at the same time.

Hi Tracie,

How do you handle this - I'm thinking I'll end up this way before too long, as it stands I'll have two in class three shortly any way.

Cheers.

Cool...a few people to look out for :)

Last time i was there Bronx and i were in class 3 and i'm aiming for Sabe to start in class one. The idea being i'll train one then the other - i'm also not sure what i'll do when they are both in the later classes

Don't know what everyone else does, but I have had 2 dogs at the same standard a couple of times now - I either chose to train 1 in the lower class first (after all, by the time you get to the top classes it's not so much about the instructor if you know what you are doing :D or simply take one into the top class at the beginning & then swap dogs half way through. However if your instructor does a similar workout each week (eg heeling, recall, stand for exam, fig 8's, more heeling) make sure you swap the dog around so that a different one works first each week. I was doing this with Jarrah & Jonty for a couple of months & then went into a ring runout with Jarrah & realised that he had never done a figure of 8 because that was always when I swapped them over  .
