pawsaroundoz
Not going, bit of a drive from Darwin lol! But good luck! I used to train at Gawler years ago and always thought they were a wonderfully friendly team, cannot have changed that much! Have a good day! J...
Good luck for your first trial!! Don't forgot to breathe.... at my first trial I reckon I got to the end of the fast pace before I remembered to take a breath Is anyone from your club going? I've been very lucky to have the support of a few competing club members at my first 3 trials - I admire your bravery! I'm too much of a chicken to go by myself Edited to add: I'm not going to Gawler either I'm afraid - Mt Gambier is as far as we wander over the border ;) Edited June 26, 2007 by feralpup

bridgie_cat
ok so we competed today (couldnt be bothered opening new topic so thought I would chuck it in here!) oh it was heart breaking stuff... we were on top score after the heel work (27) and would have ended up equal first... she did a perfect stand even though she was a little sus about having this new judge pet her... but... the recal called her name... then a dog in a yard behind her started barking (ok a well trained dog should be able to ignore - but not Lana!) - after that she wasnt watching... waited for a bit... tried the call... nothing! It took three calls to get her to come - and when she realised she came racing in! but it was a DQ. Oh well!
