I'd be very thankful it's not my girl Reef doing training with you.She sure knows how to let em rip and they're not silent deadly ones either. They are loud !! Puts every man to shame

I have noticed she does smell more as well.

I want to change her food but she id picky on what dry she eats, she went through a stage where all she would eat was chum.

She also puts on weight way to easily so I need to be careful on the fat content.

anyone have any picky dogs like this and what do they use?

She is both picky and puts on weight easily?

My dogs avoid eating kibble until they're quite sure I'm not giving them any more fresh food. Maybe she's holding out if you offer her something more interesting later? Our dogs are smart  .

My older, smaller dog did well on Supercoat until recently and never farted or poo'ed excessively.

It's a matter of finding a food/ foods that suit your dog.

Feed her much the same thing each day and don't worry!. Otherwise healthy dogs will not starve themselves. It might just take a few days before she gets the idea. Fair bit of sugar in canned foods, so tastier. Someone else here suggested Great Barko (Laucke Mills in South Australia) as a good budget kibble for their dogs. There's a website. Haven't fed it, myself.

Bruno farts, but hey, so do I, and mine don't exactly smell like roses so why should his!!

You can buy some Pedigree Wind Buster chews from the supermarket, they are made from charcoal and claim to help gas.

It's natural, as long as his poos are firm and regular, hey who doesn't fart!!

Bruno - soooooooooooooooo funny :cry::rofl: but sooooooooooooooooo true!!!

Between OH and Jonty it's a wonder me and the cat survive!!! We must have an immunity built up

Back on post - Jonty is on Royal Canin + chicken frames, bones, whatever treats etc. He doesn't fart often, but when he does he makes it count!!!! I reckon his all smell the same (unlike OH but that is a topic for another forum - medical :) )

Yeah she is both picky and easily puts on weight, she will decide suddenly that she doesnt like a food, then when you find the one that she will eat she stacks on the weight even though she is on 3/4 of the reccomended amount, well that was before raw so now she only gets about 1 cup of kibble and the rest raw. Better for her and cheaper for me  (not that I really care, just means more toys for her  ) I can never get OH to feed her the kibble though, he forgets and gives her way to much

I totally BARF feed my dogs now and have no farting problems with them  When they were getting dry food (Bonnie Working Dog) I would get up in the morning and the smell emitting from the laundry was sometimes so bad I thought they had actually done something worse than a fart ;)

I'm sorry that you seem to feel I've been "plugging that food in a few posts" cavNrott. I apologise if my opinion has caused some offense and accusations of 'spamming' - so to any and all that I have offended, I sincerely apologise.

Ok, thats wierd, I responded to this about an hour ago and its disappeared  Oh well its possible I just imagined it.

She isnt fed chum anymore, just when she was that was all she would eat ;) now that was bad

I make all her treats at home, I would love to go 100% homemade barf but I am a little paranoid about getting the additives right

MLH  I had to check at training, I thought she had forgotten she doesnt poop inside
