First Time Puppy Owner
I have been told by the people at the pet store when I bought a knog not to get the squeezeable cream stuff that you can buy to squirt inside the kong cause it contains heaps of fat double that of peanut butter - but maybe if you get desperate spray this on your dogs food? ~Anne~
What about petmilk with eggs Roxi? Does he like to drink milk or even mixing it with full cream yoghurt???
Ms James
You could do what works for me in weight gain: walk him past the biccie aisle at the supermarket & just watch 3 kilos pile onto my behind!

Trisven13
Must say I love the Sprint Oil but I use it for improving skin and coat - does help with the weight too but found it to be excellent.

Poodle wrangler
Ive got him eating :D A combination of things.. Eaglepack shrimp/Salmon canned food, mushed up with raw chicken mince, mushed up royal canin puppy bikkies, and Ziwipeak sprinkled on the top. I have to stir it ever so often though and move it away from the edges of the bowl for him He has put on 200grams over the past few days.. Which is excellent, I can already feel the difference. :D You weren't worng about the expensive taste! Glad to hear you're happier with his weight. the fat cat
emilee
Now, I could be completely making this up but i seem to remember maybe reading somewhere that a little bit of vegemite on the roof of the mouth 1/2 an hour before a meal can help to stimulate appetite. Can someone in the know, please, confirm or quash my possible false memory. The vitamin B in the Vegimite works to stimulate the appetite - works better on cats than dogs though :D
