  1. Hi K9 force, I am still coming, but will probably only be for the 1st day, still not sure on that part. Will email you back.
  2. Hi Rozzie, when my little chi had astroke she had very similar symptoms, mainly on one side and dopey, she seemed to look but not see anything, i had to nurse he myself for 7 dys she couldnt walk or eat hardly, i just kept nursing her and kepy syringing small doses of rehydrating fluids altanating each time with glucose (not mixed). Vet gave her injections (and sent home spares) to help to calm muscles but apart from that he couldnt help, told me he couldnt help her at the surgury, best if she was in her home envioement so she stressed less, she pulled thru and to his amazment made acomplete recovery, so your little one has a very good chance to, do hope shes ok and that you have got hold of the vet by now, good luck.
  3. Thankyou K9force, chiko has sent me a pm as well, sounds great, I am also wondering I'm sure that i saw somewhere that you could bring the doggie friend along as well, i would love to bring my new one Chloe with me, as she is the one I am having probs with.
  4. Im really interested in coming, would need a rough idear of cost and duration, ie 1 day 2 days etc. Will need to save my pennies.
  5. I have used the old yelping and getting upset trick too, usually with the result being a big lick and smooch and it does seem to work well in the fact that they learn not to bite things that make a noise (like chooks rabbits, guinee pigs ect).I usually say no 1st then apply the teary "youve hurt me scene". Other people have a little water spray bottle to squirt them with, I havnt tried this method.
