Memories of the ones who have beaten us to the bridge are with us everyday. Abby looked gorgeous and I am sure she is having as much fun there as she did here with you. She will be waiting for you with the others you know. So keep on flying Abby

I have a foster here who had it. Lasted about 10 days. I have been giving him Manuka Honey and must say it certainly has helped.

I really need to keep out of here. I am sitting here weeping for all those who have gone to the bridge over the Christmas break. Not just for going to the bridge though giving thanks for the wonderful lives these 4 legged best friends we have had. I am sure that Cougar is chasing rainbows

Belle reminds me of my girl Reo. May Belle be playing with Reo while they wait for us :D Reo was also a Cocker X and I got her in 1974. She was much too young less than 6 weeks old. www.webdogs.com.au/memories/reo/reo.html. If you look her up I think you will see a lot of Belle in her. She was my heart dog. I just adored her. I still miss her.

What happens with one dog i.e. your German Shepherd was trained easily doesn't mean the same for your next dog. You need to remember she is a baby. I have found in the past that boys appear to be easier to house train than girls. Don't know why just my observation with my dogs past and present. What worries me is that she is going on her bedding. This would be due to what happened before you got her. Keep at it. I know it gets frustrating but perhaps you need a puppy pen to contain the area at least where she is going. If your house is all carpet just buy a piece of lino to fit the puppy pen and that will also give you somewhere to put her when you are not home. Or could be good for time out.

I took Leo in last month for his vaccinations. $165. Charley has to go in the next week or so. I know why I work. I am usually in their under 15 minutes.

Your family was so right in the decision. One of hardest hopefully you will ever have to make. Iko was so loved when given her wings and she knew that. Fly free Iko I'm sure she will be healed on the other side and will be waiting to great her humans.
