Did you click on 'new topic' or 'add reply'? I sometimes hit the 'new topic' button by mistake and it tells me I can't do that

In my present car I can have a crate on the back seat and the trolley in the back part.

I currently have a Nissan Pulsar which is a great size for me but I've decided to pass it on to my daughter and trade her little bomb in and buy an automatic. My OH has a Getz and my trolley won't fit in the back of it. Does anyone have a small hatch that fits a trolley or do I need to go with the same size I have? TIA

We had to go out for a few hours so I left the dogs in the kitchen with the radio on loudly. They seemed okay when we got home but as soon as I took them all out to the toilet there were some huge blasts that really frightened them I have a few extras here and one of them seems most upset. They are all back in the kitchen now and there are fireworks going off fairly constantly. Since they are illegal WHY are they still about so much???? Poor dogs.

What area are you in? The vet I used to work at did boarding and they would treat the dogs who needed special attention.

The snow certainly makes a lovely backdrop for pics but I don't fancy the cold

I'm not quite sure how many Cavs I've had done... My first ever had his knee done nearly 30 years ago. Over time I've had a few of my own dogs need surgery and several rescues. One did need a second op but all the rest were very successful. I have a five year old here who had good knees as a pup but when she was a year old the vet checked and they were both loose. She'd never shown any sign of a problem. In the following few months one knee would slip out every now and then but she didn't seem too worried by it. It's been years since she had any problem. Possibly she may be more affected with arthritis as she gets older. The last time I asked the vet to check her knees one was still a little loose but the other had tightened up and was fine.

Different vets do the op different ways and they require different post op care. I would give Lowenhearts suggestion a go and see how she goes. It's worth a try. I've had several dogs done over the years and they all healed well

Urgent Help Required For Puppy With Parvo
Gretel replied to bella_bear's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Oh how wonderful for you to have her home! I hope her health improves in leaps and bounds -
Yes that sums up my feelings too Doesn't take much to let us know all is well. I let two adult sisters go years ago to a wonderful couple. They have kept in touch and one of the girls died not long ago. They have taken another of my girls now and I know she is in a loving home. That makes the decision so much easier. They have just popped in this morning to drop off some Christmas pressies.

I've bought some 'soapnuts' to try. They are natural.

Yes I have quite a few dogs I've bred come back for holidays and they are so excited to get in that door

And don't forget your breeders had the first influence on your dogs so you must have some trust in them
