Mine have had fresh sardines without any problems -
It is a big upheavel for a pup changing homes so it's not unusual to get a bit of an upset tummy.

Oh no poor baby!!!

<I am worried about the Egg white deficiency as I give my dog a raw egg every day with fish oil and garlic oil I better stop this! Will give it him on his fish days. > As long as you are feeding the whole egg that is fine. It's when you feed the white on it's own you can end up with a biotin deficiancy.

Excellent news!!! I am so happy for you! Yes snail bait is awful stuff. My girls got a whole packet when they pushed some pailings out of the fence and went into next doors yard. I won't have it anywhere here.
-
Any news? I so hope there is good news.
-
Oh no I do feel for you I lost a Newfie to snail bait and nearly lost my Dobe too Hopefully you will have a good outcome.

A Cavalier is a companion breed and this is not an ideal situation for them. Two would be okay but I don't think being home alone all day if you only want one dog.

http://www.peperonepetsupplies.com/ They advertise on here. Great service :D The rubber backed one can't be washed in hot water so I prefer the other for a litter.

I've fed whitebait, sardines and small whiting. :D

I think most people with young pups take them to puppy preschool to socialise

When the pups are taken to the vet for vaccination the vet usually checks knees. I have had one or two over the years that have been slightly loose at that stage but have tightened up. Of course there is no way to know if this will happen or not. I think your friend really should consider that it might be the worst case scenario and require surgery in future. Surgery is rather costly so a small discount in the price of the pup wouldn't go very far if surgery is needed down the track.

It sounds like he is scared of you.

Oh dear yes you are not alone. I have a scar from when my dog tripped me in front of a whole heap of golfers. I picked myself up and wandered off home with blood dripping down my leg but I wasn't going to let them know it hurt! And then the time I slipped on a slimy gutter. Though it wasn't my dogs fault that time and she did come to check why I was sitting there..... -
I named a friends pup for her. When the pup was born her mother flipped out and picked the pup up and threw her!! Friend rang me in a panic. The mum did settle down and looked after her bubs well. She was calling that first born pup Summer so I suggested Summer Fling for her registered name

I picked it up out of curiousity...it has chicken in it. Ah the rare fish with feathers?
