Are any of the showies ( or anyone for that matter) going to the spring Fair in NSW in November? J
-
shouldnt be more than what naca cost to fly to QLD as excess and that was $120 ( he had the larger crate and it was 39 kilos all up!!

Exceelent - I will get to meet another DOLer AND some Whippies Are you entered in the Sighthound & Iggy Show Saturday??? Am gonna send you a PM! I would love to Mirawee, but the RR show is starting at 8.30am - theres 2 RR shows and the sighthound show in the one day - and the same judge :D I just wont get there You will have soooo much fun on the arvo - team penning! I am so jealous! Man I need to go riding Yes it was Sparky ;) Somehow I new someone would know who it was!! So where is Yellagonga?? It sounded so much like Walyunga. We used to go walking there when we were kids. We lived in Bullsbrook for a while... Emery - You showing Saturday and Sunday??? I will try and find you and introduce myself ....I hate being the woos I am and wandering aimlessly around too gutless to introduce myself................Youd think by 42 years of age Id have gotten over it, but no - still a shy kid at heart I didnt realise there were quite so many shows on this weekend....Seem to be lots of Club Champ & Open shows!! I so hope the weather is kind and it wll be outside. So much nicer than being undercover WX, will you be up there on Sunday for the Non Sporting show??? Yes we will be there, not sure who is showing the dog yet but Kim is getting someone!! She has a super child handler she is going to ask for the Royal, hopefully she will be ok to do it. J Update on Kims leg ( the Xolo handler) she has tore the hammy from the bone so its a definate 3 months off for her) J

You both look super
-
See that one looks more like what I would expect Head looks finer and the dog looks leggier, not so heavy through the barrel I should have said the dog was not fully mature it was eight months I think (sorry) If you look at my Xolo photos ( in the Xolo thread) they are all heavier as youngsters and mature usually by the time they are three the transformation is amazing. I will find some young and older pics and post them.

This is a show coated Xolo
-
They are the same as the hairless ( in Standards) they appear heavier due to coat, the ears make a big difference too, I guess you could compare a Poodle in clip to a Poodle not, this dog is a Pet Quality as well for reasons such as one would expect from a show potential dog, I shall post a show type coated Xolo. J

Hairy Xolo I was thinking it might be that for a trick question but Xolo's have up ears right? They are up if they are taped many that are sown are and some go up by them selves, this one wasnt a show dog so the breeder kept them down. Almost normal hey guys lol!!
-
Hairy Xolo YAY 10 points to CC what a good brain you have there!! It is a coated Xolo, just thought I would share here.
-
What breed do you guys think this is, I think Rach may be utilising one in the future! lol
-
? oops sorry wrong thread!
-
Not entering into a debate on breeds as the majority of breeds ARE man made etc and a bit but just wanted to clarify All dogs shed ( Dander aka skin cells are what most allergies are too) can also be urine and semen in some cases. Even hairless dogs shed dander , lets face it all living things shed!

Thats great news VCBR I know exactly how you feel about being the only one, feels good to have a bit of comp to prove to oneself what you know! Well Done J

ValleyCBR I am so sorry but at the same time think you are giving Lilly a rare gift that only one who loves and truly understands and wants what is best for their companion can give, this is the greatest and most unselfish act we can give. Hugs and focus on HOW Lilly lived her life and all the wonderful times she gave you and your family. J xox

There are always less shows after the Royal... although there should be at least 4 in Nov/Dec and possibly a couple in Oct so you should be able to get to 6 Thanks Mirawee just got the Canine news, are a few more than I thought but wont do the country ones as I cant stay overnight, but should be able to sqeeze them in! Lab Rat hat books sounds great I am off to research it ( My son and DIL have a love of kelpies and have two) PD888 yourr hubby!! sounds like a covert!! Please make sure the kids come and say hello if they are at a show or if the want some info for a school project I love helping kids with info on the breed

You are braver than me, I would be way too embarrassed to train right near a shop besides Mason would do NO work , he is too easily distracted lol I just walk my dogs and people think I am weird!! Where are all the bloody dog shows gone!! Just have six to do for his title and I am going to struggle to get them in this year by the looks of it!! Must taper off now till xmas!
-

Rubystar they look so loveable, I had a cream lab many moons ago he only dies in 2009 at 14 years, they are so loyal and would do anything for their owners! Fantastic buddys! J

Thanks PD my hubby wont even come to the shows anymore, he came to one!! Please tell your kids and hubby to come say Hi if they ciome again the Xolos Loooove kids! PS I thought they were called Frillies and not fringies!! till Saturday! J We were stocked I am stocked just to have the dogs beahve in the ring but for all the lovely judges to take an interest is a great bonus. I email many all the time as they ask for info and that makes me so proud of the breed, the education to everyone is my main aim the wins area bonus if the happen. Was saying to Rach I would love to have someone looking for a Xolo to do agility with when I have pups that would be awesome and I would be so proud!

Cheers J - he's ok, just had a small bite on his leg but he's a tough little feller - vet checked him today and gave him the all clear. How did you get on after we left? Did you repeat your success in the group winners class? Congratulations, he is gorgeous and great photos CONGRATS PD 888 on your baby in Group No we just won our breed ( well its not hard is it!) But the dogs were well behaved and thats all I can ask for. J
-
ahh Rachel she always makes those odd noises! You should see her on my videos when we all go into perth ( I think its just being young!!) lolol Nah Taha Daha is a big baby and has separation problems, they are so bonded to me its a tad embarassing at times, I watched some agility from the side behind the cars but didnt want to come to close or upset any dogs. It amazes me the agility and the sheer wonder of going around and remembering where you are going, I am in awe of you all who do it! Big pat on the back to all that do it, in my eyes you are all winners! j
