Totally agree with the keep ones moth shut about importing!! I learnt the hard way NOW I tell noone, this next time OH will be surpirised!

I have always done background checks on every intersted person after they can clarify why they want the breed ( most dont) and the buying for a third party theme comes through time and time again, sad isnt it, one would think in an honest and upfront world people would just ask outright and be prepared for a truthful answer! J

If this includes me - I commented on the handling method I saw. I don't make any apologies for that and it was not my doing that I was manipulated (assuming that the footage has been tampered as described above). I think your comment about "the dog world and its sheep mentality" is insulting. Should we turn our backs on all that we see because it might be that it is fake and wait until perhaps someone will come forth with an explanation of the facts? If we thought that way anyway, how can anyone know that what you've posted above is correct? Would it be "sheep mentality" to believe it just as the initial video footage was believed, now that you have scolded (insulted) people for believing the first? Perhaps it might prove that you are 'guilty' of "sheep mentality" if it turns out that what has been posted in defence of the Judge in question is a lie. Then you will need to apologise to all within the dog world, as you've accused all of them as having "sheep mentality". I don't apologise for my comment on what I saw of the handling method. This is not sheep mentality - it is people seeing the same thing, thinking it to be true and knowing what looks wrong. They should not be criticised for being duped, assuming that they have been. Settle DOLers it was a general GLOBAL statement! Gee whizz why is everyone is a knicker tizzy lol! In other words something to think about the dog world is so black and white nobody ever thinks outside the very small square!

If this is true which I have no doubt it is. I wonder how many in the dog world will retract what they have said with an apology. Not many I bet! The dog world and its sheep mentality dont you just love watching them!

Here We Go Mandatory Desexing For All Pet Puppies.

In at least 1 state of Australia the RSPCA can enter premises without a warrant. The police in that same state must get a warrant before they can enter the same premises. Yet, unlike the police, there is no Ombudsman or Tribunal to whom the public can go to about RSPCA matters, and no ICAC for the RSPCA to answer to. Souff In fact they can enter if they believe ( have evidence) that am offence is being commited under the AWA ( Police who are General Inspectors can enter premises under the AWA as well for the functions covered under that act. It hasnt been tested on whether the RSPCA can be accountable to the ombudsman ( IN WA) at least, so far -

Dont forget the Breeders licence driven by their greed...cos it isnt for the dogs welfare. I would welcome a breeders license fee!! After all breeders want the best for the breed and thats what its all about! and all dogs to be desexed unless a registered breeder breeding purebred dogs under a canine authority. But then again I am not the average dog person! lol -
Boxagirl he looks lovely. Nic I have some people who want to lease some Xolos to show, so I am sure some still do it, but as others said amke sure you get it all in writing and are FULLY happy with all conmditions. J

RSPCA ACT are offering a desexing program for low income owners, and have run a public / low income vet clinic for some time. Both RSPCA ACT and DAS pound ACT have exceptionally high rehoming rates. Over 90% for both I think? Far higher than a good many pounsd and shelters across the country, so certainly heading in a positive direction. The old routine of "RSPCA ACT only has good rehome figures as they send all the dogs to DAS to be pts" has been done to death. DAS rehome rates show otherwise. I think I recall having heard Mr Linke speak about early desexing, and that he supports it for cats but not necesarily for dogs as he is aware there are medical issues surrounding it. You'd best ask him directly though. If the RSPCA was serious about desexing then with all their $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ they could easily subsidise desexing dogs, at $50 a go, for ALL income levels. Imagine the amount of custom they'd get if they marketed that. The day that happens would be the same day flying pink pigs come shooting out of Ingrid Newkirk's (the other white meat...I mean idiot) backside. RSPCA and all their dollars This thread is great!! havent laughed so much from some of the posts for ages thanks guys! -
Just a little Xolo brag Besitos Taha Daha (Imp USA) can now be known as CHampion Besitos Taha Daha (Imp USA) here is a link to her and Ch Besitos naca at the show yesterday. Officially there showng days are now over and we can concentrate on the breed and the odd show here and there for breed exposure BUT we can get back to the promotion of the breed to the public.
