while i love the liver in English setters, i do love all the colours, and my preference is more about markings than colour... i much prefer the smaller belton markings over the heavy or patched markings, and I find that the softer and smaller the flecking is, the softer their face appears. anyway! what's on for the weekend people? I have a dog show - showing the OES.

Awww poor Millie RS! Funnily enough - i prefer liver/chocolate in most gundog breeds that come with that option. give me a liver GSP/Springer/cocker/pointer and yes, even a liver English Setter I love love love the colour... but a yellow lab puppy In saying that, I do love the orange (lemon) colour of Brittany's, but i do love the liver!!

omg Mas Gibbs is SO CUTE!!!! i love that little butterball photo at the end *drool* I love all the lab colours, but there is something so clean and fresh about a yellow lab puppy!!! Boxagirl - GOOD LUCK with your first show!!!! Love that first photo of Booker with his crazy boxer eyes!!

Mason_Gibbs at this stage if you can get him to trot nicely on a loose lead without throwing a hissy fit, that's all you need. Ask your breeder what lead to buy to start him out... I know it's quite a distance away, but getting to a couple of show classes on a Thursday night will really benefit you.

I havent got any shows til the royal I'm very proud of the babies that's for sure - they look like male and female but Lulu is still the same size and a bit heavier than JT so fingers crossed he does some growing soon and she stops!!!

yep it's JT RV - his owners are moving house so I'm babysitting for the weekend I hope that is ok!!

RnH puppy party is on the 25th - sounds like it's turning into a DOL meet! I just remembered I am going to be looking after Lulu's brother that weekend, so I'll have two puppies to bring!

any time is fine with me whatever suits RV since it's her house/garden!
