When our Rotti stepped on our Chihuahua (accidently) He broke the tops of the 5 little bones in his lower leg, his total vet bill was close to the same but I think we had to keep him crated and quiet for around somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks (I cant remember which one it was) 3 weeks seems like a very short time..

If it was me.. I would think about purchasing a crate and bed (and maybe some toys) for puppy to recuperate in at home and maybe a bunnings gift voucher and offer to lend a hand when they are fixing the fence. I also like the suggestion someone gave about passing on details of other animal health people who you can recommend if you know of any. All the best with it whatever you decide

Hi All, I drove past and saw the rings set up this arvo and thought I would pop in and see who was going.. Thanks... it was actually taken out of frustration, my neighbours wont mow their lawn and a result its growing through my fence ETA, great shot clicking mad, what is he/she looking at? very focussed pooch
