For some dogs it takes alittle while, but with the right rewards, some who showed no interest can be trained to play. LOL. Like this one......... Seriously. Seriously??? Wow. I think I might be broken... non of my dogs have ever been an avid ball, frisbee or anything chaser. :D China is the keenest of all, but she's definitely choosy in her chasing and returning. ETA an apology for taking my dandy time in replying... I forgot I had posted in here.... :D

I have been looking for new wheels for over a year... had to shift my goal posts a bit in order for me to buy something I liked within the price range I had given myself. Originally I wanted a dual cab with a canopy. Still do actually... but I found they are SO overpriced for what you get. The dual cabs within my price range were rather ords and the ones I liked were [obviously] out of my price range. Ideally I would have bought an Isuzu D-Max!! Sooooo as much as I didn't want to I changed to looking at wagons... I have recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander. It is a brilliant car. Quite economical, drives VERY well, dogs fit A OK... I really really liked the X-Trail (especially because the back had no carpet ), but I felt there is more room (especially height) in the back of the Outlander. ETA pics

Yup that's pretty much me too. Had not heard of the movie, just saw it at Video Ezy and grabbed it. Was very glad there was noone else there watching it with me... the tears were definitely flowing throughout. I really like the Japanese movie too, and compared to many if not most Hollywood remakes, the original offers an extra dimension of authenticity. None-the-less, as many people in English speaking countries seem to have an aversion to subtitles its nice to have a re-make that attempts to capture the essential elements and emotional impact of the story. I'd be interested to see the Japanese version... any idea where I might find it?

Awww how gorgeous. Very impressed that the babies survived. They would have lasted a nanosecond here I'd say. Poor little mite must have been scared stiff when Holly had it in her mouth. Hope little bubba stays with its fam and isn't in need of the fabulous services of wildlife rescue. I love possums. They are just SO darn cute!

What a great discussion. For me bite inhibition doesn't depend on whether it is human or dog... it's just bite inhibition. Learnt from puppyhood through mum and siblings as to what bite pressure is acceptable and then continued to be influenced through human/dog/social interactions as the pup grows. Roc I had missed this devastating news until today somehow. My heart goes out to you, Ralphsmum and lil Ralphie. I just cannot believe Rocstar is gone. I am unable to read your full tribute atm due to being at work and trying to stop the tears streaming down my cheeks. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous man with us. He will always be loved.
