Moose may have whats called a Snow nose or summer nose if it has changed color. Some breeds do this with the change in weather. Cream Schipps do this in the warmer weather. I grew up with a JRT x Fox Terrier adn she loved lying on her back in the sun. Unfortunatly the sun loved her too much and she developed skin cancer on her bald belly. She had to be PTS. It wasn't too bad inside on Saturday night. Some of the grass areas were really soggy so glad we were inside. BB

Saturday night was a debut for a Adorin Knls (Schipps) Carl aka Adorin Cop That beat my my Kaycee for class then beat my girl Layla for baby of breed. Carl was up against 2 other lovely breeds for baby in group. HE WON :eek: :eek: I think I need to do some practice with my guys. ;) :dancingelephant: Adorin Knls has the other brother Steve entered today & I am home. BB

Bugger, don't they know they clash with a dog show? Now we will have to leave even earlier to have a sticky beak at whats on offer. Any chance they have a web site we could have a look at? BB

Wer tried seat belts that attached to our guys collars BUT they weren't very good as the dogs could hang themselves literally. Even though we made them as short as possible they could still touch the floor with their feet. we had the dogs on fixed collars. we now have them travel in pairs in collapsable wire crates on the back seat, in summer we cover them with a sheet to block most of the sun. BB

Sorry can't help you Inspector Rex, I don't have a catalogue which is why I am asking for clarification on how many Schipps were entered. Did anyone see how flowery & ready for spring BBJ looked? Nice colour suit. BB

Does anyone know what the grounds are like? Hoping the area is soft green grass so i can put the dogs on that instead of the grass matt since it may be a nice sunny day. BB

I'm hoping the show will be indoors with the current forecast, don't want to show in the rain again so soon after Benalla. BB, Thats a long, long, long way to go for neuter points. Grass matts. K9 Antics sell them not sure how much though. They have specials on for the Sunbury shows. I brought a 3m x 3m grass matt in blue. BB

I hope you find your mobile Angelsun. So proud of my Ziggy for winning BIG even though I accidently kicked up some mud near his face. My babies also did quite well for their very first show and in horrible conditions. The grounds were absolutly horrible by 2pm. We arrrived 9:15am and group four was up to Whippets. The walk way infront of the two rings were horrible. I hope everyone got out of the parking lot ok, I know several cars had to pulled out by tractor. BB

I have no idea. But I would go by the schedule from the state the show is held in, eg SA. Or perhaps contact the secretary. We got caught out with something simliar but a NSW show in the Vic mag advertised groups in wrong order luckily we took both magazines with us & showed the secretary, they said the NSW schedule was correct. We just made our breed judging so the dogs went in unbrushed. lucky they are short coated. BB

Does that mean you are coming to Benalla? Or will you play it by ear and see how you feel Friday night? Going by the numbers grp 7 may be judged by midday. Yep I am aware of the change of judge. Fingers crossed we have nice weather. BB

Snow in October?? That would be interesting to see BUT not on a day of A dog show. Are you entered Capanash? Must be alot of Non Dolers entered?? BB
