What a stupid law. ;) How the heck are they going to police it? I don't see any adverts on SEEK requesting people to fill this job. There are just way too many dogs in the world for them to police. Just because puppy farms can't be bothered or don't know how to remove them. BB

COngrats to all the winners and commiserations to the "looseers" I was a looser too. Only got Res dog (to his brother) Res chall bitch (to her Aunty?) and baby of breed over some tough competion. I got to the grounds about 8:15am and surprised at how many were already there. Horse trailers took up too much room as they had lots of space between each one. One person set up near me commented that due to the parking at the back of group 7 that IF some one had an emergancy & had to leave in a hurry they couldn't due to the way the cars were parked. A BIG thank you to those were generously gave up some time to rake the rings of the freshly mowed rings. BB

So day 52 after mating would be a good time to do an ultrasound to get a rough guess on how many puppies, correct? Can anyone give me a rough price range on how much this ultrasound could cost? Does that incl the consult fee? I am in Melbourne and we usually attend the Lort Smith hosp for emergancies, still haven't found a good vet or clinic that we like. Thank you BB

Schedule in Vicdog only states Kyneton showgrounds. Try google maps. I wish schedules would include a street name as well. BB

We went to the one at Maribyrnong and it was lousy. Not much to see. BB
