Today Monday is hot already & I can't be bothered going to the PO to see if the box has arrived, IF it cools down before they close tonight I may go, otherwise I'll check Tuesday. BB

There is an excellent dog day care in melbourne city near port melb I think. I had a job interview there and it was very flash & clean. Had a tour around the whole LARGE building and even had different air con set up for different parts of the building. Can't remember the name of it now BB

We tried to lodge our results from last night (Jan 1st 2012) and couldn't. Does anyone know when we can start lodging results? BB

Was a good nite once the sun went to bed. Thought the prizes attached to the ribbons were a good idea, 50% off card for sash order placed before the end of next year. They have a banner add on here. A friend won two cards and wondered if she could use both in the one order? I don't think so. BB

We didn't even enter this show cause we knew two days in a row with late night starts will tire us & the dogs out. I know of some one who wasn't going to turn up today UNTIL some one pretty much convinced them that the grp & show may be done by midday. It's 11am & I haven't heard if they went or not. I hope those who went have no car troubles and get home safely. BB

I did 4 days work experience at a Melb Doggy day Care facility recently, and I came back thinking I wa not happy with some of their practices. Their regular staff work in 4 or 5 hour shifts during the day but I had to be there all day and I got soo bored as the owners weren't very helpful. I hope this experience hasn't made your daughter scared of Dobermanns? BB

Barwon Prison makes them too. Our club used them for a couple of years BUT people were complaining that they weren't as good as Gillman or Computersashes. I thought they were good. BB

Plenty of room inside around the grp 7 ring for tonights show. Quite a few people left crates & matts down from last night. BB

Too crowded outside in the area with lights for more than 4 rings, will be good WHEN we get lights in the main grass area. Hopefully they get plenty of lights so as to not throw too many shadows. BB

Was a lovely night but LONG, had to stick around for gen Specs as OH was stewarding. Sitting outside for gen specs was abit chilly. I saw several people wearing jackets by then. I think a Beagle and a Chinese Crested won a class in show? Schipp- Ch Beadale Tell no Tales won Inter in grp. Lhasa Minor in grp. Dal baby in grp. We didn't get home till 2:30am so glad Sunday (Today) starts late. Sway your Affen was too cute. BB

Our first Schipp was rescued. She taught us alot about the breed. She was offered to a friend of mine who was a dog groomer, she said no didn't want it as she didn't know of the breed plus she lived in a small one bedroom unit.Angel was about 2yrs old. Kid said the family was breaking up plus the other two medium sized dogs were picking on her. Kid comes back later and dumped her on the door step after hours. My friend gradually got the dog "Angel" to trust her. We saw her and fell in love with her so took her. And started learning about showing and other doggy sports. We then had to rehome her to my mother (whom absolutly adored her adn you could tell Angel adored her too.) As she was being picked on by our other dog that was younger than her. Angel lived until the ripe age of 10 yrs. BB

I have heard of Marellan ribbons in NSW, haven't purchased from them so not sure of their quality. I think some one in Tas has a banner advert on here too. BB

My post office/newsagents are pretty good, they will put a card in my po box saying theres a parcel waiting to be collected so I shouldn't miss its arrival. Everyones dogs look like they are enjoying themselves BB

Looks like everyone is haveing fun with their new toys. I checked the PO box today and no parcel yet Hopefully it arrives next week. BB
