Good Luck everyone, we didn't enter so I am home relaxing. I hope no gazebos suffer in the strong winds, such a pain having to replace a gazebo. With grp 7 being small I expect the grp will be over & done pretty early, which would make me wonder if it was worth putting up a gazebo? BB

Rusty & Biscuit, many of my Schipps go back to Beadale Knls (check out our profiles). Would love to see how Biscuits has grown up. All the babies are soooo very cute, sometimes its a shame they have to grow up. BB

No one has mentioned to you that there is a food cafe but it costs you an arm & a leg for some things. Not sure if it will be open as it depends on how many people the clubs expect on the day so I would contact the club and see what has been arranged. They do have a help yourself hot water urn. Toilets are attached to the main building. Bring gumboots to toilet your dog on the grass as it can get very muddy. Also pack Panadol as the inside building has abit of echo and you could end up with a headache. BB

I don't have a neuter but I think its great that this club has decided to support the Neuter dogs. BB

Just a reminder that The Non Sporting Dog Club of Vic Inc IS holding class 18 & 18A. Show is on Sunday 29 July 2012 at KCC. Only had 3 breeds last year competing for NIS. I thought there would of been more Non Sporting breeds that need points for their neuter title?? eg Dalamatians, Shih Tzus (that weren't clipped off) G Danes. BB

Had a very nice ph cal from the secretary early this morning checking to see if we knew of the change of judging arrangements since we were the only ones for our breed. BB

Yep Shimmer did get BOB, Prior to the bitch G Dane judging she decided to give me a cuddle while standing on her back feet. Later I sprayed aeroguard on my kneck 7 gee it stung I forgot I had a scratch or two from Shimmer. Got home & realised the top of my arms were sunburnt as I was walking around with no sleeves on my shirt. Interesting general specials judging by the grp 7 judge on Thurs. BB

Did you guys at lang Lang get the heat that Benalla had? Congrats on all the winners. BB

I think this thread has completly gone OF TOPIC, I thought it was aboutr Benalla shows???????? On Saturday some one was going around collecting donations towards hiring a security guard, either they couldn't get some one (at that short notice??) or the person didn't do their job as I heard that 3 gazebos were stolen. Any chance next year you could have slightly larger bins ringside?? Well done to the stewards & tickets writers for doing their job in such hot conditions with the rare breeze you kept everything flowing. BB

A SCHIPPERKE would fit into family life as well. And not much sticks to their coat unlike a BC. One shake & its off. BB

Almals, Thank you for that info. I was re thinking about the grounds last night and I was wrong in my earlier post. In front of the office was only two rings not three and the fourth ring is usually hidden behind the ladies loos. Yes I understand that committee may have to work on Thursday so rings wont be marked till late that day, I just thought that since theres not much room or variation for different ring layouts each year I thought the committee MAY HAVE had an idea which ring each grp will be in. Fingers crossed the little Vandels will be tucked up in bed each night while we are there. BB
