have a look in the rescue section as I remember someone having a puppy with leg problems and they were splint to help. Dont know if that would work for your girl but there was heaps of info. I think Cordy would be able to help also

He wont eat if the other yorkie isnt with him. The food bowls vary daily, none are metal throe all are swallow and plastic. Even tried paper plate, human plate, garden planter base. I will try feeding him with the other yorkie but with a barrier between them so they can still see each other I hope he is just going though a picky eater stage I just worry as he is so tiny and cant afford to loose any more weight Thinking back it has become worst since the cats have started to stalk him and bashed him up Stupid me that would be the problem
-
should have been clearer, sorry folks, I added satin balls/ nutrigel as a extra to his normal food. I feed chicken wings, necks, frames, lamp flaps, chicken mince from the chicken shop, dog roll, lamb shanks, osso bones, mince, diced beef, boiled eggs every now and then, cheese, yoghurt, along with veggie mix and oils following barf. Yorkie dry food made especially for Yorkies The only thing my dogs dont eat is pal tinned food or any other tinned food. Even roast chicken he will only take a very small piece and then leave it. I have checked his teeth but will get them looked at again in case there is a problem there that I cant see

There isn't much difference in price throe. Just looking at a pair that will clip well. I get quite a few matted OES in and anything that make it easier would be appreciated

My oster use to work well but dont do squat now. They have been serviced, sharpened and new blades purchased. Still cant clip a OES. As I am thinking of getting a new set, I figured I would look at other brands. But would horse clippers work throe thats the question?

Since he broke his leg a few months ago he has no real coat growth either. I asked for a complete blood work up that did thyroid, diabetes, some other rarer conditions. Addison even throe it effect females more then males Pancreatitis, etc. Just don't know what to do for him, maybe he is to be the twiggy of the dog world

I have a male yorkie that needs to gain some weight He weight 1.4kilos and you can feel his spine, he has been vet checked and blood work done but everything comes back as normal. He doesn't seem to have a big appetite, I have also been giving him nutigel and satin balls for the last week but there is no noticeable difference. He has been wormed regularly but I cant keep weight on him. He is nearly 12 months old. Any suggestions as my other yorkies are getting quite chubby eating his left overs. He wont eat if he is by himself

Thanks, I think someone on dogz works at the Beenleigh one, just wanted more info as the last groomer I use sedated 2 of my crew as it made them easier. Just want to make sure that doesn't happen. When I ring groomers I am alway told they don't when I ask. My dogs are fine to do, biggest problem is one likes to give heaps of kisses and that can be annoying but thats the worst behaviour you get Paranoid I know but my guys don't do drugs well
-
I think I remember someone mentioning a grooming in the beenleigh area? If so can I have more details about them please

Thank you, there are so many. I am thinking of getting insurance for my new puppy

One of my Puli will chase the rain drops and loves to lay outside in the rain, she will also lay in her water bucket. My older girl use to love the rain until she reached about 10mth of age then hated the water. I have a large sun room inside where they stay when its raining really heavy and I'm not home, only due to it taking so long to completely dry a puli with cords. Good luck

May I ask what plan, company insurance you have please?

Thanks everyone, he has had 2 injections so far and I admit I dont see much difference at this stage. I will continue with it for a while longer hopefully it will start to help soon. Hes a gorgeous old chook

I have rung a few places in Melbourne and no one has any but its on order. Apparently at the moment you cant get the yellow cholesterol cream but a white version is what is on order. Hopefully some will be back on the shelves in a couple of weeks. I have ordered a few jars from each place I ahve spoken to..

NOOOOOOOO!!!! Could you use something like Alpha Keri Oil on the CC? My scaley [human] friends swear by it. I will have a look at the Alpha Keri oil, I have some as I use that for the Pulik Perhaps dilute it in water to avoid the oily residue. I know the Plush Puppy Seabreeze oil is nice too. How does the CC do on Sorbelene/Glycerin cream? Its nowhere near as good, compared to the cholesterol cream. I will have to pull all my grooming bits out and see what I do have and experiment.

That is not what we wanted to hear. Its been the only thing that really bring a CC back to nice and soft skin. Doesnt leave a ioly residue which is what I also like
