Last chance to enter the Caboolture Kennel Club's three champ shows and one open show over the weekend of 23rd, 24th and 25th of November. There is great line up of international judges as well as interstate judges for the champ shows and don't forget to support the open show trainee judges, they need your entries! Show training will be held tonight 24th October, 7pm at the Caboolture Show Grounds. It will now be run fortnightly. Cost is $3.00 per dog and you must be a member of the Caboolture Kennel Club. Cost for new and renewing members is $5.00 a single, $10.00 a double and $15.00 a family. I will be taking memberships tonight and this will bring you up to the end of 2013. Hi, Was just wondering if anyone knows of a good vet who does hip and elbow x-rays on the northside of Brisbane at a reasonable price. We need to have two dogs done before we decide to breed or not. Our normal vet does not do them as he does not have big enough plates or the experience in this type of x-ray. We have had one done previously but it was over near Durack and somewhere closer would be easier. Thanks for any help that anyone can give me.

For Caroline and Rusty and Ben's owner. We were very sad to hear of the passing of Rusty (just 10 weeks old) and his new friend Ben. Rusty and Ben were the victims of a King Brown snake attack. We know that Rusty and Ben will be welcomed by friends at the rainbow bridge and will be happily playing together until you meet again. *edited for photo*
