  1. Cute Jack!! He almost looks like a Bernese baby there :)
  2. Cougar it is my dream to one day go to Switzerland to visit the Saints there! :)
  3. Glad Miah's desexing op went well Jules :) Does it feel like she's well and truly part of the family now that you've had her a few months?
  4. Greenies turn their poo green! And dentastix go like mush once they're chewed, have you ever seen clumps of it stuck to your dog's whiskers afterwards? Raw meaty bones are great for teeth cleaning. I also like to use large chunks of raw meat without bone if I can get it cheaply, and find this does a great job.
  5. Big feet...who me? He was weighed at his 12 week vaccination on Monday, 16.3kg.
  6. A quick one for you Whippytails. One of my favorites of Moose and Sumo together:

  8. Wow really! I've never heard of them doing that! You must have been very well padded with your extra items
  9. I've got heaps too, will upload some more. I've got a Sumo thread in the Photos section of this forum, so as not to clog up this thread :) I upload them to photobucket on my phone, then add on here :)
  10. Don't stress too much about being under-prepared, the judges should be very forgiving of your baby puppy, especially if you let them know it's his first time :) Thanks :) I'll be sure to let them know. I'm looking forward to a nice day out with him where he can meet lots of people and dogs more than anything :)
  11. I work for Qantas. You can only take two pieces of carry on baggage on board, but depending on the crew at the gate, people get on with three pieces regularly. They shouldn't, but they do. If your flight is not full the crew are likely to be more lenient. The tripod however, I don't know. Check the dimensions on the website. No carry on item is meant to be over 7kg but really, we never weigh them. There are scales there at the top of the gate where we scan your boarding pass so it is possibly but rarely ever happens. A tip - we are far more likely to "pick on" somebody's carry on baggage if they are rude or angry or generally unpleasant to us in some way, so smile at your flight attendant! And reply when they greet you! :) The other option is booking an extra seat next to you for something fragile/valuable. Be aware that if you do get a cranky flight attendant at the top of the gate who simply will not allow your bag for whatever reason (too big or too many) then it MUST be placed in the hold under the plane, and if you are late to board there may be no time and it will go on the next flight. You can't buy the extra ticket at that stage. Good luck!
  12. That's great, I love a positive update! :D
  13. We don't make a fuss over rain at all, same goes for thunder and lightning. The dogs know the toilet is outside and when they're taken out there, they know what to do. They even know to wait for me to wipe their feet before they come back inside. Even Sumo my 12 week old pup has quickly picked up this routine.
  14. Ahh numbers thanks Jaqui that's what I was thinking of! Will be nice to catch up with you again :)
  15. Half your luck! :D You should be able to still enter her if the breeder has her rego number?
  16. No one sends you a catalogue before the shows. Fair enough, I thought they did in NSW. Maybe I'm thinking of something else!
  17. ...email just received too so guess I'm in :) Gosh that's quite easy really!
  18. Sorry Dory I forgot you'd written this. We're starting training next Thursday night at Kilburn. Was going to start this Thursday but the vet said just to be safe that he's better off waiting another week until his final vaccination has definitely kicked in. That means though that we'll only have one class before his show debut We've started practicing at home too, he's sort of getting the hang of standing still - sort of! Where will you be going? :)
  19. Yay Willow you clever girl!!! Koda is super cute! :D
