Ruffles

This has happened with my princess, She turned 2 in November and she has just developed a rash. Looks like little red dots everywhere, she's scrated it a bit. I dunno what it is. She doesn have fleas, nothing has changed in her life except the Hot weather. She got a Celery plant (with flowers) the other day... does anyone think this could be the cause?? She is neo mastiff X
