The thing is Normal Euk wasnt working but when we changed to Performance she started looking schmick as... Everyone who came over would comment on how wonderful she looked but now its not working anymore. I guess I am sorta of scared to change her Dry food though because she is picky with dry

I have a Problem with Rinse (neo Mastiff X) 3 in November, Desexed. She went through a stage a little over a year ago where she just refused to eat. We changed her diet to Euk and Raw foods (with some fatty mince as well) and she got her appetite back. However she was not putting on weight. We changed her to Euk Performance for the extra fat and stuff, this was working and about 4 months ago she actually started getting to the point where I looked at her and thought "Gees, I'd better watch what she eats because she could get Fat". Rinse was weighing about 45ish Kg's at this point. Now it is all going downhill again... She is still eating the same things, even more than normal because she keeps Pinching Loki's left over food as he doesnt fancy eating too much but she is dropping the weight rapidly. Rinse is "Silly Skinny" now, as in her Ribs are showing and the bones on her back are sticking out near her tail, I think its her pelvis She is wormed (Sentinel Spectrum) so its not that. She doesnt have anything wrong with her physically... Vet checked all OK. Basically I need some advice on a diet for her that is going to put weight on her and Maintain it. She currently eats Euk Performance (large breed), Veg Mush, Meat, and either chicken necks/wings or Lamb Flaps. Thanks heaps guys, I am really worried about her.

Our dogs get Jalna, I think its Bio dynamic or something... Its just natural yoghurt with extra goodies/bacteria for their tummies -

Amstaff (11mo) Going Crazy For Other Dogs On The Lead
Ruffles replied to wolf82's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
Yup! And they're the same age give a week or two... My Loki's sires name is ODIN, Wolf's Sibe's name is ODIN. CREEPY! -
You say it like its a Joke... Why dont you google Puppy farms and Backyard Breeders before you make out like everyone is overracting. No responsible person would sell a 6 week old puppy that hasnt even developed the necessary social skills to adapt to a life outside of her litter

Ruffles replied to wolf82's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
It seems us Amstaffers have the same problem at the same age! Loki pulls like a nutcracker but its aggression not just out of wanting to play. I'm also following this thread eagerly -

Premium Dog Foods...too Expensive!
Ruffles replied to Cassiepeia's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Premium foods arent actually more expensive, they are cheaper.... They just seem pricey for the initial purchase but they will last you longer, hence save money because you have to feed less than supermarket brands. I feed Eukanuba and it costs one dog like $1.50 per day. -
Oh I am so sorry to hear this... You must still be in shock. I am so sorry... RIP Barkly

Peibe you can get this stuff called ZOFF from the chemist, its an adhesive remover. Works a treat for ear tape
-
I know exactly how this feels. I go through it almost everytime I have Loki out in public. It has almost gotten to the point where I wont take him out, I let my OH do it because I cannot deal with the crap. Definately seek the advice of a good behaviourlist (sp?) and trainer. Chin Up... he'll be fixed in due time I'm sure :D

Thanks Heaps guys for the replies... Given me some food for thought thats for sure!

Just have to add my deepest, deepest condolences to Erny. Things will get easier I'm so sorry -
We're moving to Narre Warren soon... I am stressing my head off about finding a good vet. Our normal Vet is in Ferntree Gully (who i am generally happy with) but its a bit of a hike especially considering I only have mondays off work! I would really like a Vet that is not scared of my dogs I know that sounds ridiculous but I have encountered Vets that are nervous around anything bigger than a JRT. Also one that ISNT completely opposed to Raw Diets... I'm probably asking too much but if anyone can offer any sorta help it would be Fantastic Thanks in advance ETA: Isnt instead of IS
