  1. I'm a fence sitter here. I have shown my girl while in whelp, but not past 4 weeks. I do know for a fact that there have been people tracking bitches in whelp when they have just a week to go before their due date. Stopping that ever happening again, I'm all for. Tracking is hard work for any dog, let alone a bitch in whelp.
  2. Fantastic!! Looks like everyone is confirmed now Not long to go!
  3. Yay! Were getting a few more in now! Maggie-mae, I'm assuming you have a Kelpie litter? I added it as that but thought I'd check, just in case
  4. I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you! When do you find out? I had an ultrasound done on Stella last week, didn't really need to, she is as fat as a pig  but just wanted to be sure

  15. Nothing to do with Pointscores at all. It's to do with the fact that I love showing my dogs. Simple as that. And to only have local shows twice a year, it's nice to be able to show at them. People keep saying that they are too busy running a show, ours must be different because us gereral commitee are not run off our feet, if we were not showing, we would be sitting around watching.
  16. At our show, we have a Show Manager to help run the show and organise Stewards etc. The Secretary and President have contact with the judges, but us commitee do not. We set the rings up, most of us Ticket Write (not for our own groups) and take the rings down. I don't see why we should not be able to show our own dogs.
  17. Mine is a Liberty, small and tall. I love it! It has adjustable things on the bottom of the legs incase the surface isn't quite even. I got mine from K9 Antics a few years ago, so not sure what the price was. At home, I have a bigger one, shorter and bigger surface, it's too big to take to shows though so I have it set up with a mirror for grooming at home.

  20. I show at our clubs shows (All Breeds), so do other Committee members. The Secretary doesn't show as she has contact with the judges, but all our committee does is attend meetings, organise things and set up rings. We have no contact with the judges so I don't see why we should miss out. We are a country club, and there is only one other club in the area, so only two weekends where we don't have to travel 1hr + to a show. I don't see a problem with this.
